Great team that really do care about your personal goals and how best to achieve them. Once you gain confidence, technique and strength from the one on one sessions, you can move on to smaller intimate groups, and not only during the day but before and after working hours too. So I was able to fit in some great early morning session,, and with the guidance of Phil and his team have never felt so good!
If you are struggling to motivate yourself to become fitter, then talk to Phil and the PTs. Advice and training is brilliant and you will find that you are pushing yourself and still smiling. My advice, go at least a couple of times a week to start off with to kick start your journey and start seeing results.

A small gym mostly set downstairs under a coffee shop. There is not much space for stretching and the gym does not offer classes. Staff seem to be friendly and there is a decent range of equipment available for the gyms size. There is a new gym opening in town in July that's alot cheaper (about £13-15 less a month) and will offer classes which appeals to me. Anytime have made no efforts to retain their current members which is a shame.
Good gym for: Flexible workout times, Strength training, Location, Price. Bad gym for: Space, groups, parking, anything but the actual workout One of the best gyms in Winchester without a massive price tag. The equipment is good quality, and varied (lots of free weights and a really good selection of resistance as well as cardio machines) and the changing rooms are very nice (think hotel bathroom). I went to this gym for 3 years and it suited me well due to it's location and the fact that it is open 24 hours a day. However, I used to fit my workout between 23:30 and 7:00 am due to the fact that the gym gets easily crowded. Also the limited number of showers meant that there was no guarantee you could shower as soon as you finish exercising which is not great if like me, the gym is a stop on your morning commute.
